| Business Groups Bid Farewell to CG
The Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, AMCHAM India, U.S.-India Importers’ Council, U.S.-India Investors’ Forum and Visit USA Committee jointly organized aMay 20 farewell reception in honor of U.S. Consul General Peter Haas. The reception gave these partners the opportunity to express their thanks and gratitude to the Consul General for his efforts to advance U.S.-India economic relations. The heads of all five organizations reminisced about their experience working with the Consul General and highlighted successful projects and initiatives held in cooperation with U.S. Consulate General Mumbai. There was optimism about the growing U.S.-India economic relationship, which is expected to reach more than $100 billion in trade in goods and services this year.
